On April 29, 2019, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Yuhuan Datie project of Dongtie Group was grandly held in Bingang Industrial Park, Ganjiang Town, Yuhuan City. Luo Yongbai, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ganjiang Town in Yuhuan City, Lv Desheng, Mayor of Ganjiang Town, Wang Jianxin, Chairman of Dongtie Group, Wang Zhifeng, President, Li Guanqiong, Vice President of Technology, Hu Xiuhuan, Chief Financial Officer, and Cai Guanhua, General Manager of Dongtie Group Co., Ltd. (Hongqiao) jointly attended the grand ceremony.
At 8:18, Wang Lili, the general manager of Xiangyang Dongtie Zhengxin Property Management Co., Ltd., served as the host and announced the official start of the groundbreaking ceremony.
Wang Zhifeng, President of Dongtie Group, first delivered a speech. President Wang expressed welcome and gratitude to all the guests present. Mr. Wang pointed out that in recent years, while Dongtie Group has been thriving in diversified business, it has always focused on railway parts manufacturing. Adhering to the core development concept of "becoming precise, excellent, and strong, and building the most competitive century old enterprise", it established Yuhuan Datie Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd. in November 2018 and invested 320 million yuan to build a "railway high-quality, valve casting deep processing project". As the current key development project of Dongtie Group, this project is positioned to highlight the "three high" characteristics of "high starting point, high technology, and high efficiency". It widely adopts advanced and mature new processes, new technologies, new equipment, and new materials in the industry, and the production equipment is highly automated and intelligent, meeting the development requirements of future green, environmental protection, and energy-saving modern chemical plants. The project is mainly oriented to railway, urban rail transit and the Belt and Road rail transit infrastructure services.
Luo Yongbai, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ganjiang Town, Yuhuan City, warmly congratulated Dongtie Group on the commencement of the Yuhuan Datie project. Luo Shuji has high hopes for the Yuhuan Datie Project and believes that the construction of the project will make positive contributions to promoting the industrial structure adjustment and economic development of Ganjiang Town. At 8:58 pm, Wang Jianxin, Chairman of Dongtie Group, announced: "The pile foundation of the Yuhuan Datie Project is starting!" Suddenly, applause rose, and the crowd was excited. The ribbons flew together, and the salute guns rang out. In a peaceful atmosphere, eight leaders and guests at the ceremony lifted gold shovels to lay the foundation for the project, and both pile foundations were launched at the same time. The atmosphere of the groundbreaking ceremony officially entered a climax.
The Yuhuan Datie Project of Dongtie Group is planned to be officially put into operation in October 2020. After its official operation, it will achieve the casting production and deep processing capacity of 20000 tons of high-quality railway accessories, adding vitality to the manufacturing of the aircraft carrier of Dongtie Group, thereby achieving sales revenue of 300 to 500 million yuan, profits and taxes of 30 to 40 million yuan, and solving the problem of 300 people re employment.
The groundbreaking ceremony for this project was a complete success, and it also marked the beginning of the intense construction of the project.
